Beechcraft Society Formation Camp

Planning on having 4 flights over the weekend, starting on Friday, 2 Saturday and one Sunday morning. You are not obliged to do all, your choice. If you are proposing to stay overnight could you advise where and the number of nights you are staying.

We are proposing participants contribute $60.00/ person for the Friday night BBQ at the Airport and a light lunch (sandwiches) on the Saturday. There is a café (parachuting) at the airport where soft drinks water and coffee and some light snacks will be available. This will be open from 08:00 – 14:00. If you require other drinks for the BBQ (beer/wine) or outside those hours that will be BYO, we will provide glasses.

Saturday night is dinner at the Golf Club, participants will pay for their own food and drinks at this event. Participants need to advise if they will be attending this event

Participants will be required to organise their own breakfasts for the days they are attending.

In regard to Transport, if required, we will hire a mini-van to transport participants, although there may sufficient vehicles where this may not be necessary, but either way we will provide transport where necessary.

If you could provide the information below in the next week and return it to me at the above email address, that will assist greatly, if you are unsure about which formation Flights you will be participating in just put "y" to each one and it can be sorted out on the weekend.
