Setting Output Options

This task topic is the procedure to set output options.
You need a DITA map file before you can customise the published output.
Change the output options to customise the published output of your DITA file. You can choose to publish to a different media, change the header, footer, skin and stylesheet.
  1. Open WinANT.
  2. In the DITAMAP to be Transformed box, click Ellipsis button to browse for and select your dita map file.
  3. In the Output Type list, select the file format for your published DITA content.
  4. In the Custom Stylesheet box, click Ellipsis button to browse for and select your stylesheet. Optional.
  5. In the Custom Head Block box, click Ellipsis button to browse for and select your own head block file. Optional.
  6. In the Custom Header box, click Ellipsis button to browse for and select your own header file. Optional.
  7. In the Custom Footer box, click Ellipsis button to browse for and select your footer file. Optional.
  8. Click Transform. The Command window opens while your content is processed, then your output is displayed in your customised format.
